Answers to a Few of Our Most Commonly Asked Questions
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders will ship within 5 - 6 business days of when we receive them. Skincare orders ship within 6 - 7 business days, as our skincare products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and the freshest of ingredients. Gift orders for accessories are shipped within 5 - 6 business days if the products you have ordered are in stock. If they have to be individually made for specifically for us, they will ship within 5 weeks or less.
Please be aware that we only ship orders when all products in the order are in stock to ship.
When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
Shipping within the United States via first class mail takes approximately 5 - 7 days after your order has been sent, and priority mail generally takes 3 - 5 business days for shipping after your order has been sent. Please keep in mind, that there are certain times of the year that the post office does seem to take a little longer, such as over the Christmas holidays.
We have found that shipping to Canada and Europe generally takes up to 21 business days or less after your order has been sent.
I Live in Canada, Can You Ship Me Progesterone Cream?
We do ship our progesterone cream to Canada and actually have quite a few clients who live there.
I Live Outside the U.S., Can You Ship Me Progesterone Cream?
We do ship our progesterone cream to clients all over the world. Please check with your customs officials to be sure that there will be no issues receiving your order as we are not aware of requirements in all countries and can not be responsible if your cream is stopped by customs regulations in your location.
How Long Will The Creams And Tablets Be Potent For?
Our products are potent for up to 2 1/2 years.
How Are The Creams Applied?
Please be sure and check your email box for mail from us with tips and articles on how to get the best results with your products. (Check your spam filter as well - you never know where we'll end up!)
Can I Place An Order By Check?
You can place a check order for items on our site by providing payment through a PayPal account. (We accept PayPal payments only from residents of the United States with a verified PayPal account.)
How do Preferred Members change the shipping date, interval, credit card or products to be sent?
We are working towards the ability to have our Preferred Members log into their accounts once they have registered, to let you change your shipping timing, credit cards, products requested and addresses, but we're not quite there yet. In the meantime, just shoot us an email or give us a call toll-free at 877-753-5424 and and we will be happy to change the details of your membership as soon as possible.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
How Soon Will My Order Ship?
We ship items Monday - Friday within 5 - 6 business days of payment, unless your order is for a skincare product (those are individually batched for freshness upon ordering and may take an additional day or two) or a designer gift item that needs to be specially made for you. Note: We do not ship on major US holidays.
How Do Returns Work?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return any unopened bottles for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
Items must be returned in the unopened condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
