If you are struggling to lose weight you may be having a hard time because of imbalanced hormones. Your hormones are key factors in regulating your weight, metabolism, blood sugar, insulin, and where your body stores fat.

The Weight Management Profile Plus Thyroid detects hormonal imbalances, thyroid and Vitamin D deficiencies linked to weight gain, obesity, and difficulty maintaining weight. This profile provides early detection of insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome and Type 2 diabetes.

Please note that because return postage is included with this test kit, there is an extra shipping charge of $10. (This extra charge is NOT added to the Canine Health Check Test Kit or Any of the Air Quality Test Kits.
