Ordering
Internet ordering is the easiest, however, if you are uncomfortable ordering over the Internet and would like to place an order for any of our products, please call our toll-free number: 1-877-753-5424. (Our hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm in California on Pacific Standard Time.) We will be happy to take your order over the phone.
If we are working with another client and not available when you call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 4 business days of receipt of your order and sent via the shipping method you have selected. If you live outside of the U.S. and the shipping method you have selected is unavailable for your delivery we will let you know of another shipping method and additional costs if any. Average shipping & handling costs within USA are $6.50. Average international shipping/handling costs are $12.00. International Orders are always welcome! We currently ship all over the world via First Class Mail, Global Priority Mail, and Federal Express.
Please Note: We ship all of our products all over the world, including hormone level tests and bone loss tests, so you may feel free to order them no matter where you live.
Check Acceptance Policy
We do not accept checks through our internet site, however, you can pay by check when using your PayPal account. Please note that we accept PayPal payments for those orders within the U.S. only.
All mail orders must be paid by money order only. Please call us at 877-753-5424 in order to place a mail order as money order requirements will vary.
Return Policy
Shop with confidence at no risk.* For your protection, we are happy to offer our clients a 30-day money-back guarantee. All of our clients who return products ordered from Alternative Medicine Network will receive a full refund of the product price when the returned items are received within 30 days. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.) To receive a credit, please include a copy of your invoice (emailed upon ordering) or we will be unable to properly credit your account and provide a refund.
Free DVD's sent with progesterone orders must be included with the returning order. The free DVD's which have been used or are not returned will be charged a $4.95 fee. (This is the same charge used to watch one of our online videos online through our website.)
